Shipping Methods and Costs
We offer a variety of shipping methods to meet your needs. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and the shipping destination.
Please note: We do not ship to international P.O. Box addresses or military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO). U.S. P.O. Box addresses are acceptable. For international orders, a valid physical street address is required for delivery.
Please be aware that we are currently unable to ship to some remote U.S. locations. If your address is not accepted at checkout, it indicates that we do not currently offer delivery to that area.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days(within the United States). Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
Delivery Time
Delivery times vary based on the shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
Standard Shipping:5-7 business days
Express Shipping:3-5 business days(please contact us via email for details)

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment.
International Shipping
For international orders, please note that customs duties and taxes may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information on potential fees.
Please note: Due to the holiday season, all international orders placed between February 13 and February 23 will be shipped by February 26. Thank you for your understanding and patience.
Friendly reminder: Should a package encounter customs clearance or delivery failure due to buyer-related reasons—such as duty refusal, unavailability for contact, or incorrect/incomplete address—any resulting costs will be borne by the buyer. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us at official@wiwilinkbeauty.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
